Osmium Partners Limited
- Introduction
Osmium Partners Limited is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains. This policy sets out our approach in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our responsibilities as a UK-based recruitment company.
- Our Business and Supply Chains
Osmium Partners Limited provides professional recruitment services across a range of sectors in the UK. As a recruiter, we are aware of the heightened risks of modern slavery within labour supply chains. We work closely with clients, candidates, and suppliers to maintain the highest ethical standards and transparency.

- Due Diligence Processes
We undertake the following due diligence measures:
- Verifying the identity and right to work status of all candidates placed by us
- Vetting suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with anti-slavery standards
- Reviewing contracts with clients and suppliers to include appropriate clauses on modern slavery and human rights obligations
- Risk Management and Assessment
We assess potential risks where:
- There is a reliance on temporary or low-paid labour
- Workers are recruited from overseas
- There is a complex supply chain with limited transparency
Our risk assessments help identify areas requiring further scrutiny and monitoring.

We provide training to relevant staff to help them:
- Identify the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking
- Understand the risks specific to recruitment and labour supply chains
- Know how to raise concerns and take appropriate action
- Reporting Concerns
We encourage a culture of openness and accountability. Any concerns about modern slavery within our operations or supply chains can be raised through:
